The 14 legally recognised allergens
Before purchase or ordering, we provide information about: cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk (including lactose), nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin and molluscs.
What to tell us
Tell us about an allergy or intolerance in writing before ordering and no later than 7 days before the event. Specify the allergen and the severity of the risk. We will confirm the information received and discuss what is safe and feasible.
Cross contact
We work carefully, but unintended cross contact can never be ruled out entirely in a shared kitchen. We assess orders involving a severe allergy individually. If we cannot adequately ensure safety, we may decline a dish or an order.

Privacy
Allergy information may be health data. We use it solely for the specific order or event, with your explicit consent, and delete it no later than 30 days after the event unless an incident, dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. See our Privacy notice.
