Cancellation terms

These terms apply unless your quotation states otherwise in writing.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

Cancellation by the customer

  • More than 30 days before the event: free of charge, except for demonstrable, previously disclosed and non-refundable third-party costs.
  • 15 to 30 days: 30% of the agreed price.
  • 8 to 14 days: 50%.
  • 7 days or less: 100%.

For consumers, the charge will be reasonably reduced if our actual loss is demonstrably lower or we find a replacement booking.

Rescheduling

We assess requests to change the date subject to availability. We discuss any non-refundable costs already incurred and any price differences in advance.

No standard cooling-off period

For catering and events on a specific date or during a specific period, there is generally no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, we first work together to reschedule or find a suitable solution. Amounts paid for services not provided will be refunded, less demonstrable, reasonably incurred and non-refundable costs, insofar as permitted by law.

This page is a summary. The full terms are set out in the General terms and conditions.
